The Ruler is wrapped in a clear bag to protect the paint, and cardboard insert to hold the product in place and protect during shipping.
Shipping Your order should ship out within 3 to 7 business days from the date of purchase. If any items are out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated ship date. All Custom Binding Babies® can take up to 12 business days to complete. When ordered with other products, we will ship the complete order at once. All Limited Edition Binding Babies® will have an expected ship out date on the product description. When ordered with other products, we will ship the complete order at once.
We try to offer the best shipping option, whether that is through USPS, FedEx or UPS. Sometimes USPS will not offer to track on some shipping options. If you prefer your order to be trackable, please send an email to hello@doohikeydesigns.com.

Returns Items that have been damaged in the mail may be returned for exchange within 14 business days of receiving. All other items may not be returned. I have had one of these for quite sometime and appreciate it immensely for all the slots it has, plus the rounded design is very pleasing to me and doesn't seem to be in the way or catch my hand moving items around it the way a rectangular one I have does. It is very stable and doesn't fall over if the top slots are loaded and the bottom not. I just purchased a second one to hold the rest of my rulers and love that two of them together double as bookends for some of my quilting books. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the Ruler Roundups, and to top it off it is supporting a small business!! Love, love!!
