Shipping
Your order should ship out within 3 to 7 business days from the date of purchase. If any items are out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated ship date. All Custom Binding Babies® can take up to 12 business days to complete. When ordered with other products, we will ship the complete order at once. All Limited Edition Binding Babies® will have an expected ship out date on the product description. When ordered with other products, we will ship the complete order at once.

We try to offer the best shipping option, whether that is through USPS, FedEx or UPS. Sometimes USPS will not offer to track on some shipping options. If you prefer your order to be trackable, please send an email to hello@doohikeydesigns.com.

International Customers
As required by law, we complete all Customs forms according to the regulations provided by the United States Postal Service. Depending on your country's Customs policy, you may or may not owe duty and/or taxes on your purchase. If you would like to know in advance the amount of duty or tax you may owe on your package, we suggest you contact your country's Customs Department. It is your responsibility to pay the duties and/or taxes assessed on your purchase; we are not responsible for, nor will we reimburse you for any of these charges.

Returns
Items that have been damaged in the mail may be returned for exchange within 14 business days of receiving. All other items may not be returned. If your order has missing or incorrect items, please contact us at hello@doohikeydesigns.com within 7 business days, and we will correct the order.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@doohikeydesigns.com.

How to put together:
In your Flower Spindles™ packaging you will have one flower base and one spindle to place in the center for your Binding Babies® to sit on while you feed your binding onto your quilt.

First Step: Take the spindle and place in the center of the base where the hole is. Twist in tightly till it's taught in the base.

NOTE: If it is slightly loose, place one drop of wood glue on the bottom of the spindle then twist tightly into the hole. If you had to glue, let it dry overnight for it to cure.

Second Step: Put your Binding Babies® to work and let your binding go on smooth like magic.
