The Ruler is wrapped in a clear bag to protect the paint, and cardboard insert to hold the product in place and protect during shipping.
Shipping Your order should ship out within 3 to 7 business days from the date of purchase. If any items are out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated ship date. All Custom Binding Babies® can take up to 12 business days to complete. When ordered with other products, we will ship the complete order at once. All Limited Edition Binding Babies® will have an expected ship out date on the product description. When ordered with other products, we will ship the complete order at once.
We try to offer the best shipping option, whether that is through USPS, FedEx or UPS. Sometimes USPS will not offer to track on some shipping options. If you prefer your order to be trackable, please send an email to hello@doohikeydesigns.com.
International Customers As required by law, we complete all Customs forms according to the regulations provided by the United States Postal Service. Depending on your country's Customs policy, you may or may not owe duty and/or taxes on your purchase. Returns Items that have been damaged in the mail may be returned for exchange within 14 business days of receiving. All other items may not be returned. If your order has missing or incorrect items, please contact us at hello@doohikeydesigns.com within 7 business days, and we will correct the order.

This is a quality product. We are currently working through a glitch in packing issue and receiving customer service communication. I definitely will purchase another Ruler Round Up if paint issue can be resolved. Beautiful work!

I just received my “Ruler Roundup” today! It has definitely surpassed my expectations! 1. It was sent out and arrived quickly !( despite coming from across the states to me in my state! 2. Sooooo well made, and definitely not plastic. 3. I loved putting all my rulers in a beautiful “roundup”. I knew their binding buddies were great, but this product has sealed the deal! I will start by saying I have way too many rulers. It’s an obsession I guess🤷♀️ I love my Ruler Roundup! It doesn’t take up much room, so it’s perfect for my cutting table for small through larger rulers. I bought two so I can have one in the utility cart I have next to my machine. I have way too many machines too, but that seems to be a common theme among makers😁
